目的:探讨反相高效液相色谱法测定罗红霉素颗粒剂含量的方法。方法:在C18柱上以乙腈0.083mol·L-1醋酸铵甲醇(55∶23∶28),并以醋酸调节pH6.8为流动相,在215nm波长处检测。结果:在0.5~7mg·ml-1浓度范围内,浓度与样品峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),样品回收率为99.92%(n=6,RSD0.89%)。结论:方法简便可靠,能够满足颗粒剂含量测定的要求
Objective: To investigate the method for the determination of roxithromycin granules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Acetonitrile-0.083 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate-methanol (55:23:28) was used as the mobile phase on C18 column and adjusted to pH6.8 with acetic acid. The mobile phase was detected at 215 nm. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity (r = 0.9995) in the concentration range of 0.5-7mg · ml-1 with a peak area of 99.92% (n = 6, RSD 0.89% ). Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, which can meet the requirements of determination of granules content
