爆破开挖是隧道建设的主要工序,它的成败与好坏直接影响到围岩的稳定及后续工序的正常进行和施工速度,是隧道建设非常重要的组成部分。为了保证安全,控制超欠挖现象,加快施工进度,达到节省材料的目的,光面爆破成为了首选的爆破开挖方式。现结合安定高速公路A2标九龙隧道施工经验,对光面爆破施工技术应用及经济对比分析进行简单阐述。
Blasting and excavation is the main process of tunnel construction. Its success or failure has a direct impact on the stability of surrounding rock and the normal operation and construction speed of subsequent processes. It is a very important part of tunnel construction. In order to ensure the safety, control the over-under-dig phenomenon, speed up the construction schedule and achieve the purpose of saving materials, smooth blasting has become the preferred blasting excavation method. Combining the construction experience of A-A2 Jiulong Tunnel on Anding Expressway, the application and economic comparative analysis of smooth blasting construction technology are briefly described.
