基于管理学视角来看,企业的中心任务虽是发展与生产,但若想实现可持续发展,则必须在确保生产与管理的技术水平不断强化的同时,还拥有一支高素质、技能型的党组织队伍,以其内化能力为企业发展提供不竭动力。鉴于此,本文围绕基层党组织对当代企业发展的作用及其工作原则展开论述,分析了其中影响党组织工作效能的主要原因,并藉此提出了相应改善和优化其工作的实践措施,以期基层党组织得以充分发挥其对企业的引导与促进作用,进一步实现企业的可持续发展。
