目的探讨胃癌手术保留脾脏、胰腺,清除脾门和脾动脉干淋巴结方法的疗效.方法采用保留脾胰、清除脾门和脾动脉干淋巴结方法治疗61例胃癌患者,观察其术后并发症发生率和生存率.结果保脾胰法的术后并发症发生率、死亡率均较保胰法和胰脾联合切除法低,而生存率较高.结论保脾胰法是一种安全、切实可行的胃癌手术疗法.
