采用GAEC培养基培养了144份私人和公共养鸽场所的鸽粪标本，从中共分离得32株新生隐球菌，阳性率达22.2％。37℃生长良好。尿素试验均为阳性。血清因子分型结果证实阳性标本均为新生隐球菌新生变种，全是A血清型，动物接种后能重新分离出该菌。病理证实具致病性。
A total of 144 pigeon samples from private and public pigeon breeding sites were cultured in GAEC medium. 32 strains of Cryptococcus neoformans were isolated from the CCP, with a positive rate of 22.2%. 37 ℃ good growth. Urea test is positive. Serum factor typing results confirmed that the positive specimens were all new species of Cryptococcus neoformans, all serotype A, the animals can be isolated after inoculation of the bacteria. Pathology confirmed with pathogenicity.
