1840年Delasianve首次报告睾丸扭转,近年来发病率明显上升。它是青少年阴囊急性肿痛的一个重要原因,必须早期诊断,及时治疗。否则,将会失去对睾丸的挽救机会。我院自1978年以来共收治睾丸扭转8例,现报告如下:
