当前,我国基础教育阶段行政管理体制改革取得了令人瞩目的成就,基础教育事业蒸蒸日上。但是随着社会的不断变化和发展,基础教育阶段行政管理体制面临着诸多挑战,尤其在我国面积广大的民族地区,出现了许多亟待解决的难题。民族地区基础教育行政管理体制改革创新问题已经是制约当地教育水平和质量的主要因素之一。尤其是近些年来,民族地区基础教育问题越来越受到人们的关注,几乎所有的有关教育改革的问题都成了社会热点关注的问题。本文主要探讨了新形势下民族地区基础教育阶段行政管理体制中存在的弊端,并结合相关理论知识分析对策。
At present, China’s reform of the administrative system at the basic education stage has made remarkable achievements, and the cause of basic education is booming. However, with the continuous change and development of society, the administrative system in basic education faces many challenges. Especially in the vast ethnic areas in our country, there are many problems to be solved urgently. The reform and reform of the administrative system of basic education in ethnic minority areas have been one of the main factors restricting the level and quality of local education. Especially in recent years, the basic education in ethnic areas has drawn more and more attention. Almost all the problems related to education reform have become the hot issues in the society. This article mainly discusses the malpractices existing in the administrative system at the basic education stage in minority areas under the new situation, and analyzes the countermeasures based on the relevant theoretical knowledge.
