自国际金融危机以来,钢铁价格持续下滑,成本高企,需求低迷,钢铁企业生产经营陷入困境,面对严峻形势,本文分析了改善成本管理的必要性,揭示了钢铁企业在管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了改善策略及建议,以期为其转型发展提供参考。
