目的掌握肖厝口岸鼠类及其体表寄生虫本底情况,为口岸传染病监测和医学媒介生物控制提供依据。方法采用鼠笼法,每个月连续监测2 d,持续12个月。结果本次调查共捕获鼠形动物413只,经鉴定隶属于2目2科3属5种。以臭鼩鼱为优势种,占26.15%。鼠形动物总密度为2.24%,5月和10月为高峰期。检出蚤1只、螨15只、蜱1只。结论肖厝口岸还未达到国家无鼠害港规定的鼠密度低于1%的要求,应继续加强鼠类监测与防治工作,进一步降低鼠密度,防止有关传染病的发生和流行。
Objective To understand the background of the rats and their surface parasites at Xiaozou Port and provide the basis for the monitoring of port infectious diseases and the biological control of medical vectors. Methods Squirrel cage method was used to monitor for 2 consecutive days every month for 12 months. Results A total of 413 mouse-shaped animals were captured in this survey. Five species belonging to 3 genera, 2 orders, 2 families were identified. The stinkbugs are the dominant species, accounting for 26.15%. The total mouse-shaped creature density was 2.24%, with peaks in May and October. 1 flea was detected, 15 mites and 1 tick. Conclusion Xiaozhuo Port has not yet reached the requirement of less than 1% of the rat density in the country without rodent ports. Therefore, monitoring and prevention of rodents should be further strengthened to further reduce rat density and prevent the occurrence and prevalence of related infectious diseases.
