2015年1月27日,中国散装水泥推广发展协会(以下简称中国散协)五届五次常务理事会议在四川省成都市召开。商务部流通业发展司处长李嘉建、中国散协理事长靳平生、副理事长兼秘书长丁建一及其他副理事长、常务理事共57人参加了会议。会议由靳平生理事长主持。会上,各省市区分别交流了2014年行业发展的主要情况及存在的主要问题,同时,就全行业适应产业发展新常态、创新驱动散装水泥“三位一体”产业全面协调发展
January 27, 2015, China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association (hereinafter referred to as China Association for short) five fifth executive board meeting held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Li Jiajian, Director of Circulation Industry Development Department of the Ministry of Commerce, Jin Pingsheng, Chairman of China Sankei Association, Ding Jianyi, Vice Chairman and Secretary General, and other vice chairmen and standing directors attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by director Jin Pingsheng. At the meeting, the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities respectively exchanged the major developments and main problems in the industry in 2014, and at the same time, it fully coordinated the development of the whole industry in adapting to the new normal of industrial development and innovation and driving the development of bulk cement industry
