平面交叉口是整个城市路网的节点,由于相交道路的车辆都要在此汇集、转向,因此平面交叉口相对路段而言,交通事故高发、秩序混乱、通行效率更低下,直接影响、制约、限制着整个路网的通行效率和行车安全,因此成为整个路网的“瓶颈”所在。平面交叉口处的交通运行组织一直是重点和难点所在,组织方案能直接影响交叉口交通流运行状态。
Plane intersection is the node of the entire urban road network. Vehicles intersecting roads must converge and turn around. Therefore, at the intersection of plane intersections, traffic accidents are prone to disorder and order, and the traffic efficiency is lower, which directly affects and restricts the traffic accidents. Which limits the traffic efficiency and traffic safety of the entire road network, thus becoming the bottleneck of the entire road network.
