本文采用相同规格和功率的普通荧光管在光照距离、角度、光照面积相同的情况下，随机分组进行了兰、绿和兰绿混合光光疗疗效的对比观察。结果表明普通荧光灯管光疗亦可取得理想疗效，绿光和兰绿混合光与常用的兰光疗效十分接近，在光疗头24h时的血清总胆红素水平下降分别为兰光组28．27％、绿光组28．18％和兰绿混合光组30．16％，各组结果之间经统计学处理，均无显著差异（P均＞0．05）；绿光光疗时引起腹泻，皮疹最少，最轻。
In this paper, the same size and power of ordinary fluorescent tubes in the light of the distance, angle, light area under the same circumstances, were randomly grouped blue, green and blue-green light phototherapy efficacy comparison. The results show that ordinary fluorescent tube phototherapy can achieve the desired effect, the green and blue-green mixed light and commonly used blue light effect is very close to 24 hours in phototherapy head serum total bilirubin levels were blue light group 28.27% , 28.18% in green light group and 30.16% in blue-green mixed light group. There was no significant difference between the results of each group (P> 0.05) At least, the lightest.
