新疆粉绿铁线莲不同部位中含有黄酮类化合物。本实验采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准样品测定其不同部位中的总黄酮的含量,采用正交试验设计对粉绿铁线莲不同部位中总黄酮提取工艺进行了最佳筛选,四种因素对不同部位总黄酮含量测定均有影响,分别得到了最佳提取工艺条件。茎:乙醇浓度为70%,温度为60℃,浸提时间为2.5h,料液比为1:60,吸光度达0.303;叶:乙醇浓度为60%,温度为60℃,浸提时间为3.5h,料液比为1:30,吸光度达0.751;花:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:30,时间2.5h,温度60℃,吸光度达0.590;果实:温度为80℃,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1:50,浸提时间为3h,吸光度达0.390。
There are flavonoids in different parts of Clematis in Xinjiang. In this experiment, spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in different parts using rutin as a standard sample. The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in different parts of Clematis. Factors affect the determination of total flavonoid content in different parts, and the best extraction conditions were obtained. Stems: ethanol concentration 70%, temperature 60°C, extraction time 2.5 h, ratio of solid to liquid 1:60, absorbance 0.303, leaf: ethanol concentration 60%, temperature 60°C, extraction time 3.5 h, the liquid-to-liquid ratio was 1:30, the absorbance reached 0.751; flower: ethanol concentration 60%, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, time 2.5h, temperature 60°C, absorbance 0.590; fruit: temperature 80°C, ethanol concentration 60%, the liquid-to-liquid ratio was 1:50, the extraction time was 3 h, and the absorbance reached 0.390.
