本文针对当前部分职业院校的校内实训基地缺乏科学、有效的管理,难以为学生提供稳定可靠的实训环境,很难形成自我滚动发展的运行机制的现状,提出了借鉴现代企业股份制管理的模式,旨在对校内实训基地的管理和运行方式进行创新,尝试探索一条既能保证学生实训效果,又能保证实训基地健康、持续、滚动发展的新路子。
In view of the lack of scientific and effective management of some training bases in vocational colleges at present, it is difficult to provide a stable and reliable training environment for students and it is hard to form a running mechanism of self-rolling development. The paper proposes that drawing lessons from the modern enterprise’s shareholding system Model aims to innovate the management and operation mode of the training base in the university and try to explore a new way that can ensure the effectiveness of students’ training and ensure the healthy, continuous and rolling development of the training base.
