近年来,在我国工业发展的过程中,人们一般都是采用传统的继电器-接触器来对其车床机械相应的控制管理,从而保障机床的正常运行。但是由于这种控制方法在实际应用的过程中,其接线方式十分的复杂,而且体积过大,因此这就使得车床在使用的过程中还存在着许多的问题。为此我们就将PLC控制步进电机应用到其中,这样不仅使得车床控制系统的工作效率和质量得到大幅度的提升,也满足了现代化工艺发展的相关要求。本文首先对PLC控制步进电机的相关内容和工作原理进行简要的概述,讨论了PLC控制步进电机在车床系统中的实际应用,以供参考。
In recent years, in the process of industrial development in our country, people generally adopt the traditional relay - contactor to control and control the lathe machinery accordingly, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool. However, due to this control method in the actual application process, the wiring is very complicated, and the volume is too large, so that makes the lathe in use there are still many problems. To this end we will PLC control stepper motor applied to them, which not only makes the lathe control system efficiency and quality have been greatly improved, but also to meet the requirements of the development of modern technology. This paper first briefly introduces the related content and working principle of PLC controlled stepping motor, and discusses the practical application of PLC controlled stepping motor in lathe system for reference.
