2001年是新世纪的第一年,又是实施“十五”计划的第一年,如何开好局、起好步,对福建房地产业的改革与发展具有特别的意义。 从有关部门获悉,2001年福建省房地产业发展目标已经圈定:全国在2001年房地产开发完成投资195亿元,竣工商品房800万平方米,其中住宅占75%,实施经济适用房建设计划250万平方米,住宅小区物业管理覆盖面达50%。
