1病例资料患者,23岁,G_2P_1,孕30~(+3)周,末次月经:2013年11月10日,于2014年6月11日来我院产检发现胎儿异常收入院,孕期未定期产检。患者既往月经规律,停经40 d即出现厌食、嗜睡、恶心等早孕反应,孕期无发热、感冒,未服用任何药物,孕前曾在沿海制鞋厂工作过,既往身体健康,无急慢性病史。产检示:宫高34 cm;腹围93 cm;胎心率140次/
