[写作背景]神华准格尔能源有限公司是全国五大露天煤矿之一。设备维修中心是准能公司调整产业结构从露天矿中分离出来的专业维修单位,成立于2003年2月18日,主要维修各种矿山采运设备,下设9个车间。电修车间属总成检修车间,主要负责电机、变压器的检修工作。在设备日趋老化和超设计生产能力生产的情况下.准能人无悔地发扬着艰苦奋斗的精神.不断地挖掘潜力,克服困难。电修车间就是其中之一,在人员短缺、任务繁重等困难下,仍然优质圆满地完成了任务,这是正确方针的证明,是科学管理的效果,是团结的力量所决定的。
[Background] Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Co., Ltd. is one of the top five open-pit mines in the country. Equipment Maintenance Center is a professional maintenance company that quasi-company can adjust the industrial structure from the open-pit mine. It was established on February 18, 2003. It mainly repairs all kinds of mining equipment and has 9 workshops. Repair shop is an assembly workshop, is mainly responsible for motor, transformer maintenance work. In the increasingly aging equipment and production capacity of the design over the prospective people without regret to carry forward the spirit of hard work, continue to tap the potential to overcome the difficulties. The repair shop is one of them. In the face of such difficulties as lack of staff and heavy workload, it is still carrying out its task with high quality and satisfactorily. This is proof of the correct principle that the effect of scientific management is determined by the strength of solidarity.
