小肠、直肠、肛管的原发性恶性黑色素瘤较少见。我院1976～2000年经外科手术病理证实的下消化道恶性黑色素瘤共9例。本文对其病理组织学、超微结构及免疫组化进行观察,并探讨有关黑色素瘤细胞的来源问题。
Small intestine, rectum, anal canal primary malignant melanoma is rare. Our hospital from 1976 to 2000 by surgical pathology confirmed lower gastrointestinal malignant melanoma in 9 cases. In this paper, its histopathology, ultrastructure and immunohistochemistry were observed, and to explore the source of melanoma cells.
