任何事物都要经历“否定之否定”这个辨证的发展过程,商业地产也不例外。这一点,从目前业界对商业地产众多的讨论中,便可以得到验证。然而,这些讨论多是集中在技术层面,真正立足于从本质上认知商业地产的却是少之又少。由此,我们也不难解释,为什么中国的商业地产总是被同一块石头——不了解商业——绊倒;由此,我们也不难看出,中国的商业地产的确需要“启蒙教育”。
Anything goes through dialectical development of “negation of negation”, and commercial real estate is no exception. This point can be verified from the current discussion on the commercial real estate industry. However, most of these discussions are focused on the technical level. There are very few genuinely based on the fundamental recognition of commercial real estate. Therefore, it is not difficult for us to explain why China’s commercial real estate is always tripped by the same piece of stone - not knowing about commerce. Therefore, we can easily see that commercial real estate in China really needs “enlightenment education.”
