把建立社会主义市场经济体制作为经济体制改革的目标,是我们党建设有中国特色社会主义的理论的重要组成部分。江泽民同志在党的十四大上的报告中指出,建设有中国特色社会主义理论“是马克思列宁主义的基本原理与当代中国实际和时代特征相结合的产物”。我们只有认真学习马克思主义的基本原理,深入研究中国实际,自觉站在时代的高度,才能真正认识建立社会主义市场经济体制的重大意义,找到建立社会主义市场经济体制的正确道路。
The establishment of a socialist market economic system as the goal of economic restructuring is an important part of our party’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out in his report on the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party that the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the product of the combination of the basic tenets of Marxism-Leninism with the characteristics of contemporary China’s reality and the times. Only by conscientiously studying the basic tenets of Marxism, studying China’s reality in depth and standing consciously at the height of the times can we truly understand the great significance of establishing a socialist market economic system and find the correct way to establish a socialist market economic system.
