英语教学不断创新教学策略,目的正是为了激发学生的学习动机,调动学生的内在潜能。美国著名心理学家班杜拉于1977年首次提出的自我效能理论就指出自我效能感的水平会增强或削弱动机。本文从自我效能这一侧重点入手,探讨其对于提升高职学生英语学习动机的作用,统计结果发现一般自我效能、学习自我效能和自我调节效能与求知兴趣动机、逃避或刺激动机等几类学习动机均呈现一定相关性,并据此结果尝试探索与其对应的教学策略的实践与应用。

The famous self-efficacy theory put forward by the famous American psychologist Bentura in 1977 pointed out that the level of self-efficacy will enhance or weaken the motivation. This article starts with the emphasis on self-efficacy and discusses its effect on improving English learning motivation of higher vocational students. The results show that general self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy and self-regulation efficacy and interest seeking knowledge, escape or motivation motivation and other types of learning Motivation have some relevance, and based on the results try to explore the practice and application of the corresponding teaching strategy.
