运动性疲劳是运动训练中一种正常的生理现象,即机体在运动过程中不能持续其机能在一特定水平上或不能维持预定的运动强度的机体运动能力暂时下降的现象。随着实践的深入,施以科学合理的恢复手段,多种判定和消除疲劳的方法和手段开始出现,采取有效、科学的方法来消除和缓解运动性疲劳,对运动成绩的提高现代训练学的观点分析,疲劳判断及其恢复已经成为运动训练的重要组成部分,也是影响训练和比赛成绩的两个重要因素。采用文献资料法和访问法对篮球运动员产生疲劳的原因及产生疲劳后的运动征象进行了研究,并从教育学、心理学和生理学等角度对篮球运动员产生疲劳后的恢复措施进行了初步探讨。
