目的 :观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂卡托普利防治心肌肥厚的作用 ,并比较倍他乐克对心肌肥厚的影响。方法 :选用腹主动脉缩窄的大鼠实验性心肌肥厚模型 ,分心肌肥厚组、卡托普利组、倍他乐克组和对照组。常规电镜制样 ,除定性观察外 ,每组分别进行有关体视学分析。结果 :心肌肥厚组心肌细胞超微结构病变明显 ,间质胶原纤维增多 ;卡托普利组心肌细胞和间质超微结构基本正常。心肌肥厚和倍他乐克组的心肌肌原纤维体密度低于卡托普利和对照组 ,而线粒体密度高于之 (P<0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂卡托普利能防治心肌肥厚并具有保护心肌细胞免受损伤性因素的作用
Objective: To observe the effect of captopril, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, on the prevention and treatment of cardiac hypertrophy and to compare the effects of metoprolol on cardiac hypertrophy. Methods: The model of experimental myocardial hypertrophy in rats with abdominal aorta constriction was divided into cardiac hypertrophy group, captopril group, metoprolol group and control group. Conventional electron microscopy sample, in addition to qualitative observation, each group were carried out on the stereological analysis. Results: Myocardial cell ultrastructure lesions were obvious in cardiac hypertrophy group, interstitial collagen fibers increased; captopril myocardial cell and interstitial ultrastructure were normal. Myocardial hypertrophy and methotrexate decreased myocardial myofibrillar density compared to captopril and controls, while mitochondrial density was higher (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions: Captopril, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, can prevent myocardial hypertrophy and protect cardiomyocytes from damaging factors
