1进一步完善我国现行公共部门绩效考评体系1.1建立科学化、标准化的绩效考评体系绩效考评指标的设计应依据实事求是原则,在工作分析的基础上进行。应注意:(1)设计标准应体现差异性:因部门、职位、成绩的不同而不同,依靠评对象、目的、工作性质而异。(2)指标设计应尽量细化的具体内容,并具有现实可操作性。(3)统一指标在不同时期应用于不同部门、职位、层次时要注重权重分配。(4)考评标准要具有灵活性,适应组织目标、资源分配和外在环境变化。
