如何做好立德树人工作一直是各高校致力解决的问题,高职院校作为高校的一种类型,也是围绕这一根本任务开展教育教学工作。本文通过研究高职生学校认同感这一要素,分析了部分影响高职生学校认同感的因素,及高职生学校认同感与学业成长的关系,并提出了一些对策和建议,着力于解决更好促进高职生学业成长的问题。
