用马来丝虫成虫冰冻切片抗原IEST法,观察了班氏丝虫病人未经治疗者107例、治后1年微丝蚴阴转者35例和治后3年者112例血清IgG、IgE和IgM抗体水平及其变化,结果表明:未经治疗的病人,IgG抗体阳性GMRT116.6最高,IgE37.1次之,IgM31.0最低;其阳性率分别为96.3%,86.9%和88.8%。经有效治疗后1年,IgG抗体阳性反应者仍有85.7%,而IgE和IgM抗体水平呈现大幅度下降,治后阳性率均下降到28.6%,接近治后3年者IgE、IgM抗体的低水平,说明IgE、IgM抗体对疗效反应敏感,选择检测IgE或IgM抗体作为疗效考核的指标优于检测IgG抗体。此外,丝虫病人血清IgG、IgE和IgM抗体的阳性率和阳性GMRT与微丝蚴密度无相关性。
In this study, 107 cases of non-treated Bancroftian filariasis were treated with frozen section antigen (IEST) of Malayan filariasis, 35 cases of microfilariae negative conversion one year later and 112 cases of serum IgG and IgE The results showed that the highest positive rate of GMRT116.6, the lowest IgE37.1, and the lowest IgM31.0 of IgG antibody in untreated patients were 96.3%, 86.9% and 88.8% respectively. After 1 year of effective treatment, there were still 85.7% of the IgG antibody positive patients, while the IgE and IgM antibody levels showed a significant decline, the post-treatment positive rate dropped to 28.6%, nearly 3 years after treatment, IgE, IgM antibody low Level, indicating that IgE, IgM antibodies response to the sensitivity of the test, select the detection of IgE or IgM antibody as a curative effect of the indicators better than the detection of IgG antibodies. In addition, the positive rates of IgG, IgE and IgM antibodies in filariasis patients and the positive GMRT did not correlate with the microfilament density.
