通过对铸态的金属模挤压铸造SiCP/Al金属基复合材料的物理及机械性能的测试,对基体合金ZL109,ZL109+10%SiCP和ZL109+20%SiCP的研究表明,加入SiCP可使复合材料的热膨胀系数下降,抗拉强度和弹性模量提高;SiCP/ZL109复合材料的耐磨性提高4倍左右.通过对断口与组织的分析表明,SiCP在基体中分布的微观不均匀性及颗粒尺寸太大是造成冲击韧性下降的原因.
The physical and mechanical properties of the as-cast die-cast SiCP / Al matrix composites were tested.
