目的:研究偏头痛患者血浆中一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)的含量变化。方法:应用经颅多普勒(TCD)检测大脑中动脉(MCA)峰值速度(Vs);随机筛选50例Vs增高的患者,抽取静脉血样,用硝酸还原酶法测定血浆中NO含量;用放免法测定ET含量。结果:偏头痛组与对照组比较血浆NO含量显著降低,ET含量增高(P<0 .01)。结论:NO和ET含量在偏头痛发作时发生变化,与病变血管的数目有关,与病程无关,它们可能与脑血管舒缩功能障碍的发生有关。
Objective: To study the changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) levels in migraineurs. Methods: Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to detect the peak velocity (Vs) of middle cerebral artery (MCA). Fifty patients with elevated Vs were randomly selected and venous blood samples were taken. The content of NO was measured by nitrate reductase method. Determination of ET content. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of NO in the migraine group was significantly lower and the content of ET increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: The content of NO and ET changes during the onset of migraine, which is related to the number of diseased vessels and has nothing to do with the course of the disease, which may be related to the occurrence of cerebrovascular vasomotor dysfunction.
