目的了解银川市西夏区0~6岁儿童血铅水平及铅中毒的流行状况。方法对1 200例西夏区0~6岁儿童进行血铅检测。结果 1 200例血铅儿童均值为53.13μg·L-1,其中血铅浓度>100μg·L-1有80例,所占比例为6.7%,大年龄段儿童血铅水平及铅中毒检出率高于小年龄段儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男童血铅水平及铅中毒检出率大于女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银川市西夏区铅中毒低于全国水平,已对儿童健康造成潜在危险,在儿童保健中合理推广铅中毒防治,加强健康教育是必要的。
Objective To understand the prevalence of lead levels and lead poisoning in children aged 0-6 years in Xixia district, Yinchuan city. Methods Blood samples were collected from 1 200 children aged 0-6 years in Xixia district. Results The mean of 1 200 children with blood lead was 53.13 μg · L-1, of which 80 were blood lead concentration> 100 μg · L-1, accounting for 6.7%. The detection rate of blood lead and lead poisoning in older children The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of blood lead and the rate of lead poisoning in boys were higher than those in girls, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lead poisoning in Xixia District of Yinchuan City is lower than the national average level, which has posed a potential risk to children’s health. It is necessary to promote prevention and control of lead poisoning and strengthen health education in child health care.
