近年来,甲状腺研究中的一项重要进展是非甲状腺疾病甲状腺激素的改变。为探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)、急性白血病(AL)患者甲状腺激素变化,我们测定了78例CAA 和81例AL 患者血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)值,并与63例健康组对比观察,现报道如下。
In recent years, an important advance in thyroid research has been the change in thyroid hormones in non-thyroid diseases. To investigate thyroid hormone changes in patients with chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) and acute leukemia (AL), we measured the serum levels of triiodothyronine (T_3), tetraiodothyronine T_4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) values, and compared with 63 cases of healthy group, are reported below.
