前言:作为中国最活跃的经济成分,民营企业的品牌成长过程已经引起社会及学术界的关注。根据媒体监测网取得的数据,中国社会调查事务所(SSIC)在全国范围内对300务象发展迅速的民营企业进行了深入调查,从而了解和剖析其品牌成长的关键因素。 该调查共设定了 11项指标,分别为:1)产品指标 2)综合指数 3)产品质量4)包装样式5)价格合理程度6)购买方厘程度7)售后服务8)广告效果9)顾客满意度10)社会知名度11)产品美誉度
Foreword: As China’s most active economic component, the private company’s brand growth process has attracted the attention of the society and academia. According to the data obtained by the media monitoring network, the Chinese Social Investigation Agency (SSIC) conducted an in-depth investigation of 300 businesses that are rapidly developing private enterprises nationwide, in order to understand and analyze the key factors in their brand growth. The survey set a total of 11 indicators, namely: 1) product indicators 2) composite index 3) product quality 4) packaging style 5) reasonable price level 6) purchasing side 7) after-sales service 8) advertising effectiveness 9) Customer Satisfaction 10) Social Reputation 11) Product Reputation
