2011年5月1日,“酒驾”正式入刑。重典惩治酒驾醉驾行为,让“喝酒不开车、开车不喝酒”的意识渐入人心。法律实施两年来取得良好成效,据公安部交管局统计,全国因酒驾导致交通事故死亡人数较法律实施前两年下降18.4%,其中,因醉驾导致交通事敝死亡人数较法律实施前两年下降10.8%。为进一步加大对酒后驾驶的查处力度,有效预防减少道路交通事故,近日,公安部部署各地公安交管部门自1 1月25日至12月31日在全国开展酒后驾驶行为集中整治行动。
