In order to understand the prevalence of tuberculosis among idle people in the community, we conducted a survey on the prevalence of tuberculosis among the idle prisoners admitted to a prison in Kunming from March 1998 to March 1999. We now report the investigation as follows. Materials and methods (1) Survey target: 5,75 male criminals sentenced and sentenced to prison by social idle persons are examined and verified to be in conformity with this survey.
