在用的工业锅炉中,其人孔、手孔发生渗漏的甚多,有些是长期渗漏,造成人孔、手孔盖、加强圈的密封面及其附近受压元件金属腐蚀,并往往因腐蚀严重而降压或被迫修、换,造成不必要的人力、物资浪费和经济损失,故应注意避免其发生。现就其发生原因及预防措施提几点个人看法。1.拆卸人孔、手孔盖后,其盖、加强圈的密封面未清理干净。尤其在安装其盖时,在垫圈上涂铅油,将垫牢固的粘在密封面上,拆卸后清理比较困难。每次拆卸盖后,均应将盖、加强囤的密封面处清理干净,在安装盖时,不应在其垫圈上涂
