我站于1986年10月至87年4月,以稻草为主料进行袋栽金针菇的试验,取得了较好效果。现将试验的配方和方法简报如下。(一)基质配方选无霉变的干稻草(切成1厘米长)70%、杂木屑13%、麸皮(或米糠)15%、过磷酸钙1%、石膏1%,另加干料重的1%的糖和0.3%的硫酸镁。过磷酸钙、糖和硫酸镁用少量清水化为母液备用;稻草用清水浸4个小时后捞起沥去多余的水份,均匀拌入石膏、麸皮和杂木屑。母液用适量的清水兑匀后,均匀地喷在上述的混合料中。含水量掌握在70%,pH 在6.2～6.5。料拌好后即按常
