在和风劲吹的十届全国人大三次会议上,胡锦涛总书记参加新疆代表团审议时指出,构建社会主义和谐社会,要求我们牢固树立马克思主义民族观、宗教观,全面贯彻党的民族政策和宗教政策,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度,切实做好民族工作和宗教工作,进一步形成各民族干部群众同呼吸、共命运、心连心的社会政治局面。这一论述,既为新疆构建社会主义和谐社会指明了方向,也为新疆各族人民描绘了一幅“和谐新疆”的美好蓝图。
At the third plenary meeting of the Tenth National People's Congress, at a time when the wind blows, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out during the deliberations of the Xinjiang delegation that building a socialist harmonious society requires that we firmly establish the Marxist concept of nation and religion and fully implement the party's ethnic policies and religions Policies, adhere to and improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy, conscientiously do a good job in ethnic and religious work, and further establish a social and political situation in which all ethnic groups and cadres and the masses share the same aspirations, heart and soul.
