应用超声TOFD技术对规格为Ф80mm×19mm的小径厚壁管进行了检测。阐述了TOFD探头楔块修磨后仪器相关参数的调整方法，并与相同厚度钢板进行了检测灵敏度对比。试验结果表明，TOFD探头楔块修磨至与被检管材相同曲率后，能够对焊缝内缺陷有效检出，且楔块修磨后检测灵敏度与相同厚度板材检测灵敏度相比，没有明显变化。“,”Abstract： Ultrasonic TOFD technique was used to detect the pipe for specification of Ф 80 mm×19 mm.
