对话成为课堂中师生交往的主要方式。对话是对教师话语权的消解,是对学生独立意识的呼唤。小组合作的基础是对话,自学辅导的基础也是对话,茶馆式学习法更是在对话中交流,在交流中收获。通过对话了解学生怎样思考的,明确学生已知的和未知的,确定辅导的内容和重点。实施和谐高效对话课堂,是构建“和谐高效思维对话”课堂的根本方法和途径。以学生学习活动为重点,发挥学生的主动性和积极性,培养学习习惯,促进学生全面和谐发展。
