病例报告男,50岁。左大腿中下段肿痛6个月,疼痛呈持续性,夜间较甚;2个月前局部出现肿块,有压痛,无红肿。检查:体温37.2℃。左股骨中下段可触及5cm×4cm大小肿块,质硬、边界清、表面不光滑,压痛明显。核素检查显示左股骨中下段异常放射性浓聚。左股骨正侧位X线片显示骨干偏侧性骨质破坏,皮质外层膨胀,形成不完整的骨性包壳;CT扫描见骨干后方骨皮质膨胀性破
Case report Male, 50 years old. Lower left thigh swelling and pain for 6 months, the pain was sustained at night more than; 2 months ago, local mass, tenderness, no redness. Check: body temperature 37.2 ℃. The middle and lower left femur can reach the size of 5cm × 4cm mass, hard, clear boundary, the surface is not smooth, tenderness significantly. Nuclide examination revealed abnormal radioactive concentration in the middle and lower left femur. The left femur posterior X-ray showed skeletal bone lateral destruction, cortical outer expansion, the formation of incomplete bony envelopes; CT scan see the back of the backbone of cortical dilapidation
