随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深入,我国政府相继颁布了《中小企业促进法》和《关于鼓励支持和引导个体私营非公有制经济发展的若干意见》等一系列法律法规,促进了我国中小企业的快速增长。目前,我国中小企业在社会经济中占有突出的地位,不仅提供了大量的就业机会,创造了相当大的国民财富,而且,中小企业已经成为我国产品出口的重要生力军。但我国中小企业对外直接投资与发达国家相比,还处于数量小、规模小、效益低的初级阶段,这与我国现有的国际地位和经济实力不相适应。本文就中小企业海外投资战略选择作一点探讨。

However, compared with the developed countries, the foreign direct investment of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is still in the initial stage of small quantity, small scale and low efficiency, which is incompatible with our existing international status and economic strength. This article discusses the strategic choice of overseas investment for SMEs.
