中职学校教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,迄今为止,中职学校已为我国的经济建设和社会建设输送了大批的技术人才。中职学校在以后的教育中将会扮演越来越重要的角色,会计作为中职学校的一个传统专业,在新的经济时代面临残酷的市场挑战。随着社会经济的发展,用人单位对中职学校会计专业毕业生的素质和技能要求也在不断变化,中职学校会计专业原来的教学模式和手段存在诸多与现实不适应的地方。中职学校培养出的会计专业人才除了要具备扎实的理论知识外,还必须要有能够解决实际工作中各种会计问题的能力,这样才能在社会上立足。所以,会计专业的实训教学变得很有必要。
Secondary vocational school education is an important part of our education system. So far, secondary vocational schools have already delivered a large number of technical personnel to China’s economic construction and social construction. Secondary vocational schools will play an increasingly important role in future education. As a traditional specialty of secondary vocational schools, accounting schools face cruel market challenges in the new economic era. With the development of society and economy, the qualifications and skills of employers for accounting graduates in secondary vocational schools are constantly changing. The original teaching modes and means of accounting major in vocational schools have many places that are not suitable for reality. In addition to having a solid theoretical knowledge, accounting professionals trained by vocational schools must also have the ability to solve various accounting problems in practical work, so as to gain a foothold in the community. Therefore, the practical training of accounting professionals become necessary.
