江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中,在认真回顾改革开放以来,特别1是党的十三届四中全会以来我国现代化建设成功实践的基础上,围绕“什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义,建设什么样的党、怎样建设党”两大基本问题,总结了十条基本经验。这十条基本经验是我们党艰辛探索和伟大实践的必然结论,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的必然要求,是党领导人民建设中国特色社会主义必须坚持的基本经验。
