目的:研究化痰祛瘀散结汤联合榄香烯注射液治疗恶性淋巴瘤的疗效及对临床疗效的影响。方法:选取我院2015年2月~2017年2月84例恶性淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,将纳入患者抽签随机分为联合组与西医组,每组42例。西医组在化疗基础上加用榄香烯注射液,联合组在化疗基础上给予化痰祛瘀散结汤+榄香烯注射液,比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能指标、凝血功能指标、毒副反应。结果:联合组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、纤维蛋白原(FIB)分别为(73.25±5.44)%、(39.66±5.95)%、(1.57±0.47)、(2.93±0.69)g/L与西医组的(69.05±5.78)%、(34.62±5.73)%、(1.30±0.46)、(3.52±1.27)g/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组恶心呕吐、胃肠道反应、白细胞下降、周围神经毒性、肝功能异常发生率分别为28.6%、23.8%、42.9%、54.8%、14.3%显著低于西医组的59.5%、45.2%、64.3%、78.6%、35.7%(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀散结汤联合榄香烯注射液治疗恶性淋巴瘤可以提高机体免疫功能,改善凝血功能,增强化疗药物效果,减轻化疗毒副反应,延长患者生存期。
Objective: To study the curative effect of Huatanquyu Sanjie Decoction combined with elemene injection on malignant lymphoma and its effect on clinical curative effect. Methods: Eighty-four patients with malignant lymphoma from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomized into two groups, 42 in each group. Western medicine group based on chemotherapy plus elemene injection, the combined group on the basis of chemotherapy given phlegm Quyu Sanjie decoction + elemene injection, the clinical efficacy, immune function, coagulation function indicators, toxicity side effects. Results: The levels of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ +, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + and fibrinogen (FIB) in the T lymphocyte subsets in the combined group were (73.25 ± 5.44)% and (39.66 ± 5.95) 1.57 ± 0.47), (2.93 ± 0.69) g / L and Western medicine group (69.05 ± 5.78)%, (34.62 ± 5.73)%, (1.30 ± 0.46) and (3.52 ± 1.27) g / Significance (P <0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting, gastrointestinal reactions, leukopenia, peripheral neurotoxicity and abnormal liver function in the combined group were 28.6%, 23.8%, 42.9%, 54.8% and 14.3% respectively, significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group (59.5% and 45.2% 64.3%, 78.6%, 35.7% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Huatanquyu Sanjie Decoction combined with elemene injection in the treatment of malignant lymphoma can improve immune function, improve blood clotting function, enhance the effect of chemotherapy drugs, reduce chemotherapy side effects and prolong patient survival.
