本文探讨了档案领域的公民权益保护问题,分析了档案利用与公民权益的关系,我国现行档案法律对公民权益保护的欠缺,提出在档案开放中保护公民权益的具体措施。
This paper explores the protection of citizens ’rights and interests in the filed of archives, analyzes the relationship between the utilization of archives and the rights and interests of citizens, and lacks the protection of citizens’ rights and interests in the existing archives laws in our country and puts forward specific measures for protecting the rights and interests of citizens in opening up archives.
