为了探寻选分微细粒级弱磁性铁矿物的强磁选机,在小型试验研究的基础上,我们于1978~1980年研制一台φ1000高梯度强磁选机。通过对该机磁通分布和磁场强度的测定,证实磁系达到了设计要求,现正在进行对红铁矿的初步探讨试验。本文仅对该机磁系设计与研究作一介绍。一、简介φ1000高梯度强磁选机主要技术性能
In order to explore the strong magnetism magnetic separation machine which selected fine grain grade weak magnetic iron ore, on the basis of small experimental study, we developed a φ1000 high gradient strong magnetic separator from 1978 to 1980. Through the magnetic flux distribution and the determination of the magnetic field strength, it was confirmed that the magnetic system has met the design requirements. Preliminary research on the red iron ore is under way. This article only on the magnetic system design and research for an introduction. I.
