探讨和归纳发展标枪运动员力量的训练方法与依据。研究方法:结合国内外关于标枪运动员力量训练研究的文献资料,找出适合中学生运动员的训练方案,进而归纳出能提高标枪运动员力量素质的训练方法和依据。主要研究成果与结论:标枪运动员的训练应以发展快速力量(即爆发力)为主,专门投掷力量的训练应与技术紧密结合,标枪运动员的力量训练应遵守循序渐进原则,选择正确的力量训练手段,贯穿到整个训练计划中。
