患者男,47岁,因发烧,头痛,腰痛5天于1989年3月3日入院,确诊为流行性出血热。入院后第1天突然头痛加剧,右侧眼球后疼痛,活动时尤甚,并有视力障碍。眼科检查:右眼视力0.2,周边视野向心性缩小,并有中心暗点。眼底:视乳头边缘轻度模糊,视网膜中心静脉轻度扩张,诊断为流行性出血热并发右侧急性球后视神经炎。治疗
Male, 47 years old, was admitted to hospital on March 3, 1989 due to a fever, headache, and back pain. He was diagnosed as having epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Sudden headache increased on day 1 after admission, pain in the right eyeball, especially in activity, and visual impairment. Eye examination: visual acuity of the right eye 0.2, reduced peripheral vision to the heart, and dark spots in the center. Fundus: slight blurred edge of the optic nerve, slight dilation of the central retinal vein, diagnosed with epidemic hemorrhagic fever complicated by acute right posterior optic neuritis. treatment
