目的探讨微血管密度(MVD)和Ki67在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法用组织芯片和免疫组织化学的方法检测115例大肠腺癌组织、19例大肠腺瘤组织和12例正常大肠黏膜组织中MVD与Ki67的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 CD31和CD34标记的MVD差异无统计学意义;在大肠腺癌组织中,CD31和CD34标记的MVD计数分别为28.30±13.90和28.73±18.90,显著高于正常大肠黏膜组织的8.17±3.93和10.42±7.32,且MVD的表达与大肠癌的淋巴结转移、Dukes分期相关(P<0.05);Ki67在正常大肠黏膜表达阳性率16.67%,明显低于腺瘤和腺癌中的31.58%和52.17%,且与Dukes分期明显相关(P<0.01)。MVD与Ki67的表达呈正相关。结论大肠腺癌中MVD与Ki67的表达可能在大肠癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of microvessel density (MVD) and Ki67 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MVD and Ki67 in 115 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, 19 cases of colorectal adenoma and 12 cases of normal colorectal mucosa were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in MVD between CD31 and CD34. In colorectal adenocarcinoma, the MVD counts of CD31 and CD34 were 28.30 ± 13.90 and 28.73 ± 18.90 respectively, which were significantly higher than those of normal colorectal mucosa (8.17 ± 3.93 and 10.42) ± 7.32, respectively. The positive rate of Ki67 in normal colorectal mucosa was 16.67%, which was significantly lower than that in adenoma and adenocarcinoma (31.58% vs 52.17%, P <0.05). The expression of MVD was correlated with lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage in colorectal cancer And significantly correlated with Dukes stage (P <0.01). MVD and Ki67 expression was positively correlated. Conclusion The expression of MVD and Ki67 in colorectal adenocarcinoma may play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
