中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第三次全体会议,于2013年11月9日至12日在北京举行。纵观中共党史,历届党的三中全会的一项重要任务就是做出经济建设和经济改革方面的决定,一些具有重大转折性的决策多是在三中全会上做出的。历经35年改革开放历程的中国,迎来了新一轮改革的需要,十八届三中全会着眼于全局,审议通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,为在新的历史起点上全面深化改革指明了方向。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from November 9 to November 12, 2013. Throughout the history of the CPC, one of the important tasks of the Third Plenary Session of all previous parties is to make decisions on economic construction and economic reform. Most of the decisions with major turning points are made at the Third Plenary Session. After 35 years of reform and opening up, China ushered in the need for a new round of reform. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee focused on the overall situation and considered and passed the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning All-round Deepening Reform. The deepening of the reform on the historical starting point has pointed out the direction.
